I believe all the coloured ones ( blue and brown ) are belonging to the same development. As to what significance to the colour, I don't know. The words are too blur.

For me, I think the name doesnt matter much but if can bring in some good tenants or goodrestaurant, Tesco or Giant, I am gonna make KR2 my probably own stay dy.

With all the current pending project completed, I can see many hypermarkets will try to grab some slice of biz here so I believe there will be some big name operator coming into this area. Jusco/Giant/Tesco definitely will be putting up their interest but for me I prefer those quality supermarket such as Cold Storage or Jaya Grocers as their items are fresher albeit slightly higher price. If they can add some delicious restaurants and cinema then this place will be truly happening.

IMO, JayaJusco sure no issue to be locate at Jalil City
while WCT Mall at OUG sure able to bring in either Tesco, Giant .. Etc. Paradigm KJ inside got Tesco anyway.

Hypermarket is very important for me if i stay at this enclave. Hehe.

Bro, no issue with branded hypermarket as afterall high-end condo needs higher-end hypermarket also ma. If you can afford let say around 800k VP price condo then what is the peanuts to pay slightly extra for your quality groceries. And please, we need some shoplots with some quality retailers
