Only my personal comments:
Looking at the parking style outside Bukit OUG Condo already scaring... Even with the new connection road built by Trinity Group, KR1 & KR2 have to passby the Bukit OUG Condo. Unless u take LRT... However, KR offers very attractive package & near to LRT... |

Went to the developer office, they said no show unit. Not even for KR1... If no show unit, how can the buyer knows what materials that you will be getting after 3 years?
Went to the construction side (Kesas exit), notice that LRT is built on a piece of "high land"... While KR2 is is at lower land... KR1 & KR2 entrance is facing each other... SA told that smaller unit 1000++ s.f. is facing LRT. Those facing Kesas is 1200++s.f. Each higher floor is RM1000 more... |
