Why are you buying? Own stay? Investment? If you planning to sell after completion, freehold is always the better choice. As you should know, many people wish not go get their hand on lease hold property. So, larger group of buyers mean you got better chance to let go your unit. Just my 2C.

You will see the different of lease hold and free hold when you come to the time when you want to sell your unit and when you do refinancing.. I have many friends and family got their face slapped and woke up to know how Bank and people buying 2nd handed property. I just advice if can, go for freehold. If you stick to believe there is no different, you still can go ahead. I don't want to raise another argument regarding this freehold and leasehold thing, but for me I will get freehold if I can unless the area I am buying no freehold and I must get one there.. Just my stupid 2C. tongue.gif

Seriously, is KR1 S&P signing being delayed? If this is true, it really makes me worry for putting my $$ into this KR2..

Usually it is not transferable one. But some developer just make that happen only.. The worst I saw is OUG Parkland... like pasar malam... tongue.gif

What do you guys expect the price for condo around Bukit Jalil / Bukit OUG heading to? Seems like many investors at Bukit Jalil/ Bukit OUG... Anyone buying for own stay?

Great to have such expectation, by that time, ZR also should have reached 500 psf... Hehe... Honestly, all this buy and sell thing will back to most fundamental concept which is Buyer and Seller.. Do hope that Malaysian purchasing power will also keep increasing to support the reality come true.. All the bosses out there.. You hear me talking? Raise your staff salary! I expect my salary raise next year to be a good one... tongue.gif
