QUOTE(andyfriends @ May 28 2011, 09:59 AM) Regardless. When i called and checked with CS, CS gave me the wrong information, which i relied upon, then it is truly their fault. Further, if the brochure was only intended to be for the Amex, by putting the advertisement of Duo card at the end of the brochure is misleading. got a call. they are crediting back the reward points for me, representing 50% of the promotion for labodega and 10k point for GST waiver.

Outstanding Balance may not be the amount due as the transactions may been done after the Statement Date.

Question about application :
For other banks' credit cardholders to apply, still need to give all the documents eg. income tax, salary, etc.?
Thought just need to give ic or credit card photocopy enough.

Normally, for those who hold a cc more than 1 year, just submitting photocotpt of the cc is suffice. there are occassions where the bank would stil require for other income documents. it is their discreation. I was asked by OCBC for the income documents. I submitted it when I applied to DUO card, as i wanted the approval asap and i did not want my application to be rejected.

QUOTE(ronnie @ May 31 2011, 09:40 AM) Why would you waste RM2 to pay MBB via this method ? You can always pay for FREE using M2U monthly. Unless you pay RM2 to avoid forgetfulness. Just checked with Maybank, luckily don't have RM2 monthly charge for standing instruction, unless you are using other bank.
