like to enquire about ur experience on using maybank2kard.

let's say i have a gold maybank2kard amex and another maybank2kard platinum amex, i use it to buy Rm1k of product on weekend with each card. would i get Rm100 or Rm50 rebate ?

i got it delivered via poslaju in 3 days after it appear under my account.

Appreciate it if brothers here can enlighten me on the below..
couldnt find any info on this on the maybank2kard TnC page.

1. if i use maybank2kard amex on an online transaction on a weekend, will i be entitle to 5% rebate and 5x treatpoints ?

2. i have read the TnC about foreign currency conversion charges for Maybank2card's Amex (2.5%). But i remember read it somewhere that it is (2.5% + 0.5%). wondering where does the 0.5% came from ?

3. i understand that using Maybank2card's Visa have the lowest foreign currency conversion rate. But will the Maybank2card Amex with 5% and 5x Treatpoints more worthwhile than Maybank2card's Visa since it have a higher conversion rate?

Can cancel via phone? Called CS and was told MUST walk in to nearest MBB branch to cancel and transfer my treatpoints.

Yes. I also suspect the CS was lying. Because before I made that call, I am able to cancel another MBB card.

i have 2 set of Maybank2card. 1 set with Visa, and another with MC ; 2 piece of MBB2 Amex. Both sets are under my name.

May i know will i get 5% cash rebate and 5x TP on both MBB2 Amex cards? Or is it limited to Rm50 /mth only ?

In short i'll only get max Rm50 cashback no matter how many set of principal card i have ?

I have transfered my Outstanding balance out to another credit card, but it this card still showing Statement balance: RM886.20
Does it mean i need to pay?

Just found out that MBB2 Amex is using TP instead of MR

All shell station accept Amex

May i know the travel insurance applicable for the amex only or visa also?
