Hmm... so Maybank Credit card only determine the transaction date on shipment date ?

I purchased on Saturday and it delivered on Tuesday, the m2u transaction date was on Tuesday >.<

Means if i use Amex on Saturday purchase through online, I won't enjoy the 5% cash back since it still in progress and the transaction cannot get approve until business day or etc ?

I also have one pending transaction made on 30 April but still not posted into M2U. I believe this amount wasn't included in the cash rebate calculation for the month of April.

Same, i also made the purchase on 29th that day and still not yet posted into M2U and the other party also in Verifying for payment status.

The item delivered was on previous week. No cash rebate :'(

my fren sent to my acc on saturday till now havent get it

usually, it takes one working day (payment on working day before 12pm) or 2 working days

Saw it charge to my Amex M2U balance there already but no Transaction History stated or M2U History. No treat points given also

Only payment balance stated: RMX,XXX

i was browsing the maybank treatpoints website, and decided to do online redemption. however, i get this msg on the redemption form: "Redemption is not applicable to American Express Charge Cards". and when i proceed, they only accept points for mastercard, visa and atm only. no amex...at first i tought its only for the item i choose, but when i just pick other item at random, the same thing happens...so, how to use the 5x treatpoints from amex?? very dissapointing...

maybank2 cards amex gives treatpoints right? (which is 5x)...what i mean by my previous post is, where do we redeem the points from our maybank2cards amex, if not at https://www.maybankard.net.my/ ?

For MBB2 AMEX, it's under TreatPoints. If you faced problem, please give a call to MBB CS.

Can do your redemption at those on the spot outlets listed in Maybankard website or by fax.

usually they stated 2 days..if u wan transaction on the same date can choose the faster options..will charge u rm2 per transaction..

Guys, the answer has been stated clearly. It can be same day to 1 working day to as long as 4 working days.

Yes, the transaction will happen on the same day if the transfer happened before cut-off time. But, you'll only see it in your account on the next day.

Can cancel via phone? Called CS and was told MUST walk in to nearest MBB branch to cancel and transfer my treatpoints.

There's no integrity from MBB.

Some said can do it over the phone. Some said must go to the nearest branch to surrender the darn card.
