Which mbb plat? Mbb2, generic plat or petronas plat?

generic. old type before mbb2 comes out, and not petronas. got annual fee but get waived 3 years (now the 2nd time, so 6 years free already). might cancel this card since have mbb2 already ~

Got one year it was held at Penang Queensbay Mall.

Every year also same place & location.
Those who which to apply MBB CC / MBB2 Card during the treatsfair will have their application approved within 1 hour.
Can get the credit card same day.

what happens during a treatfair? you use your points to redeem/buy stuffs?

Yes. Usually the points needed are much lower compared to those you saw at the TP website.

can't transfer the points? maybe don't even need to

i see my card have combined points in maybank2u since i have mbb2 card and normal gold card

the CL is enough for me already

besides i'm not applying for this card before, so bank dont have my salary slip.

i will cancel the normal petronas gold card soon since have mbb2, paid off the last installment last month!
better ask the cs since might dissapear

can combine MR and TP then very good as mentioned at treat fair

If you want to cancel the MBB Visa Petronas Gold, you can transfer the accumulated TP to your MBB2 AMEX or MBB2 Visa. It can be done since both are using TP.

I did mine by transferring Ikhwan AMEX to MBB2 AMEX since I wanted to terminate Ikhwan AMEX.

Yes, I can confirm what you mentioned can be done. I just terminated my MBB Petronas over the phone last week and CS will transfer points to my other card account.
