Amex free GST, but Visa charge RM50. So... if I don't activate my Visa card, will the RM50 be waived?

Maybankard2 comes as a combo of AMEX + VISA lah... if you cancel the VISA, the whole Maybankard2 will be cancelled.

for MBB case, once the card is issued, you no need to activate it can be use.

I am having Maybankard 2 Cards GOLD. How can i upgrade it to Platinum? Does Maybank allow me to pledge FD for CC upgrade? How much FD do i need to put in?

just had a chat with amex and they mention, that all cards will receive 10k tp if you actively use either the amex or visa card.
the tp will appear in the visa side, and tax will be charged 1 month after the activation of card.

sometime i really don know how MBB system work. As i see some of ppl said MBB will give u card & limit based on the FD u placement in MBB.

but....i had FD in MBB also, but last month, i applied for platinum even attached with payslip, stated down my FD Account, but at the end also give me gold
before that i already have VISA Petronas Gold and AMEX GOLD, with combine limit only RM5k , i even ask for increase limit, but at the end give me up to RM7k limit only. if u said that limit given is based on how much FD u have, then my FD amount actually can buy 1 new myVi car, but how come only give me 7k limit? so i really don know how the give the limit to customer.

having FD with MBB and pledging FD is different. Once you pledge FD, you cannot withdraw it as you like.

By signing up for auto-debit.

i din know can auto-debit using amex, i tot only visa/mastercard.
