omg i didnt know credit card 0% installment is not entitle to get treatpoints  sad.gif
0% IPP does entitle you for rewards points. Just that you can't use your AMEX for the installment plan, even if it has the Maybank logo.

i also duno why take 7 working days rclxub.gif
Or may be it is just the girl you talked to wanted to play safe and told you it's going to take 7 working days. The Malay guy i talked to did tell me that i'll get the card by next week smile.gif And when sometimes the card doesn't get to us on-time, it's not exactly the bank's fault too. Maybank is using Poslaju service and we all know just how "reliable" Poslaju is. Making every Malaysian citizens proud laugh.gif

One question.

I am trying to pay my bills (maxis, astro, p1, tnb, etc) via maybank2u. But, i can only choose my savings account and not the maybank2 cc when i click on the select account. Do i need to do something to enable cc bill payment? Thanks.

Manual payment does not accept CC (generally). Only some are available, such as Digi (Visa/Master only, no Amex).

The way is to subscribe to auto-pay, or goto counter (also only some of them accept CC)

Thanks. I got my maybank2card platinum but yet to use it. Was thinking to pay my normal bills this weekend to get 5% cashback. Well, i need to settle for auto-debit instead to at least get the 5x tp.

You can try, if not Gold Card sure can. Best if your card >1 year and not 1 day less.

Of all the bills mentioned, you can pay P1 and TNB using your Maybankard 2 VISA via M2U. Try again.

As Gen-X said, you can get the MBB2 Gold cards but your chance to get the MBB2 Platinum cards is very slim. With the new rules in force, getting a Platinum card in your situation is now made harder.

Tomorrow (Saturday) I plan to pay with MBB2 Amex for a purchase I make.
This person will deliver to my house, and I pay by credit card on the spot.
He will use his manual credit card machine to get the imprint of my card.
Will my transaction be classified as Weekend transaction? Or until when the office decides to submit these during weekdays?
is this considered retail transaction? can get 5% rebate?
