i don't have the sim tool kit problem like u mentioned.

try to set your clock speed min to 245MHz. it may stabilize your wifi connection...and also set your wifi sleep policy to >> NEVER.

these settings work for me and my wifi never once disconnect by itself and i continuously switch on my wifi (even when i sleep!).

Check :

1. did you do data wipe/factory reset after installing CWM?
2. did you partition your sdcard with ext4 (and make it Primary)?

If not,

1. you need to partition your sdcard with ext4 first
2. do data wipe/factory reset.
3. re-install everything again, i.e.
i) install CWM (and during the installation, when CWM boots up, do data wipe/factory reset) and reboot.
ii) install CM7 v.0.9 , hotfix6 , googleapps in that order and then reboot.

Done.

i've never tried rebooting with gps on. if phone not responding, press VOLUME UP button and POWER OFF button at the same time, wait for a few seconds, the phone will reboot.

i suggest that you reflash all over again with the fol steps :

1. reflash to motofoca's v. 2.0.9 , do data wipe/factory reset.

2. partition your ext4 with motofoca's app2sd (follow the instructions on your phone)

3. flash CWM and do data wipe/factory reset.

4. flash the 3 files (cyanogen v0.9 + hotfix6 + googleapps)

5. reboot.
