no need...just plug in ur phone to computer and open samsung kies. after a while it will prompt out a new firmware is available..there are a post but not sure which pages had the step to upgrade thru kies.. after upgrade , u must factory reset the phone else u will keep get com.android.phone is not responding..

hm..partition sd card is no need unless u wan to use link2sd or custom rom..android market can dl app and game..about forum not quite sure..

guys, i'm using stock 2.1 android....

last night before i sleep, i switch off the phone and this morning when i wanted to switch it on back, it couldnt already...it came out the word "Samsung"..then "GT-i5503"....then went black screen....then i on again, it became like this again..

you guys know what happened ?? ...sakit hati....

Must be your installed application run out all your battery, check out which application is the cause and remove it. no worry

I suspect that too but I never install any apps for sometime already...it just weird...hmm

i use Advance task killer to kill all the running apps...

Did you install any security app that provide find your phone using GPS when ur phone missing? I suspect that app make battery drain fast

i know why..the battery died off....

it might sound stupid...BUT...

before i slept last night, my battery were still more than 50%...i wonder how the battery can drain out while I switched off my phone the whole night...

I charged it and now it's okay now....well...i'll monitor this unusual scenariio and see whether the battery has gone bad or not....

anyone know why this happened and how to fix this bug??damn annoying everytime need to turn in the wifi...

the wifi always stuck in the middle of powering on..

sometime if you install apps like wifi finder and something like that, this will happen. just uninstall those app, reboot and try again..

before i updated to official froyo...doesnt have this problem...after only got this problem...

after updated to official froyo i hv the wifi problem too.. keep connect n disconnect, alwys need to on n off the wifi any solution?

gastacopz.... on froyo, im having this problem if im using wifi apps, or after doing wifi thethering. need to reboot then all ok. . last resort is hard reset.
