Bendtner stats in all competitions for Arsenal

2007-2008 - 9 goals (4th top scorer)
2008-2009 - 14 goals (3rd top scorer)
2009-2010 - 12 goals (3rd top scorer)

Pretty good I must say for a player that isn't a regular starter. Pires and Ljungberg used to score about the same number of goals.

That, you need to ask your Manager, LOL.

Stubborn? The same case with SAF but thankfully he admitted that he made mistakes at times. At times, us as fans are puzzled with his decisions. BUT, he's the manager and he KNOWS best. People tend to forget that. He works with the players closely and we as fans judged everything based on what we see and FM.

I have said it before, if you can get Persie fit at least 70% of the season, you might win some titles. And, you need plan B if your usual play doesn't bear any fruits. Teams these days have better assesment/judgement in playing BIG teams. It is either physically or tactically.

apology for dragging back an old post, well in a thread where constant stupid trolling are regular it does qualify to be called an old post tongue.gif

of course the manager has the final say on anything. i'm just throwing out the question on whether or not we need to buy another top striker to be our main striker instead of Robin since it seems that we can't count on him to be fit more than half a season. just want to know what the feels among Gooners for that idea

for me, i think that le Boss should at least think hard about the said idea. i'll keep Robin, but at the same time i'll look around for another top striker for us to base our attacking play around. easier said than done though, i know. i mean who else can come in and replace Robin in our style of play without any significant drop in quality? on top of my head, can only think of David Villa and Dimitar Berbatov; which of course we have no hope of getting

maybe they are busy with real life issues, perhaps its true they dont have time to sit infront football lounge and monitor it for 24/7
but it feels so f***ing long,

i may get a warning for this, but i dont care men,
u want a fact, i give you fact.

Nice rant but I must say the real life issues bit is amusingly true.

Whilst I can understand people have real life to contend with, I simply cannot understand how people frequently miss the key issues of contention. Mods are not paid, they have personal issues to deal with, they have lives outside the virtual world etc are fine and dandy reasons but many miss the crux of the argument -- shape up or ship out. Certain politicians, retired or active, spring to mind laugh.gif. Unproductive but remains in power. An epidemic that pervades every level of Malaysian society really.

But yeah I digress lest we get banned tongue.gif. Plenty of good football forums without trolls around, so start digging!

In any case, long but good read.

LOL.. Your fav Starghazzer not dare to argue cause Chicarito is better than NB52 & that's a FACT. FYI Chicarito scored again last night. NB52 is getting shitty day by day. The most useless striker Arsenal ever had.
*
why dont you compare N52 with all the strikers in the whole world you idiot?
why are you comparing Arsenal players with other club players?
the very least you should compare N52 to ol arsenal players like adebayor henry or something you idiot
like SG mentioned all players in Arsenal is not good enough for you,
so stfu already

yes i called you idiot simply because you deserved it
credit is given when its due,
idiot is given when it is due
and i personally feel calling u an idiot is an understatement

shit men, if people like you is not getting ban hammer
i rather be the one getting banned.

The reason i am comparing NB52 & Chicarito cause they are at big club & both are same age + strikers. The discussion is abt NB52 worth compared to Chicarito.

Please don't act like a child. Provide your argument for the above statement. Thanks.

we have so many more, sturridge for chelsea.....ngog for liverpool
okay, so lets say its true that N52 is not as good as Chicharito,
your point is?
you want N52 to leave isnt it?
you have made your point, but he is still staying

so you going to come back
tmr, the day after and repeat the same bullshiet?

act like a child?

This season, however, Bendtner has found it increasingly difficult to find regular playing time with the signing of Marouane Chamakh and the return of Robin van Persie.

Arsene Wenger has instead decided to use Bendtner on the wings this season and so far it's been fairly successful. The Arsenal manager has stated that the Dane can take the opposite route to Thierry Henry—go from playing as a striker to playing as a winger. While Bendtner has expressed his desire to continue to play as a centre forward, the position on the wing has helped bring out the best in him.

Regardless of source, you obviously haven't watched enough of Arsenal to make a sound argument.

Are you high on penis?

In any case, comparisons are so complex in the sense that some players may be late bloomers ala Drogba. But ironically the "prediction master" didn't apply his expertise on Bendtner's prospects.

I don't see NB52 gonna be a star striker in Arsenal. Perhaps he can do better in MU. Wenger should consider swapping NB52 for Chicarito
