hey guys, just ignore those who come in here to incite more anger and rub salt into our wounds. but at the same time, let's not bunch all non-arsenal supporters who come in here as trollers as well.
let's look forward to the FA Cup match against united this saturday. it's gonna be a good time for arsenal (and wenger) to show that we've still got what it takes to beat big teams and it'd be the perfect way to rebound from the CL loss.
let's move on... =)

QUOTE "It was a shame because I felt really good to start with, but after 15 minutes I felt a pain and I knew it was over for me," Fabregas told TVE. "The desire to play allowed me to continue and get through but then I had to change." sourcehe shouldn't have played in the match at all... his lack of mobility (and also match fitness) caused our already busy midfield to have to work extra hard to compensate for him as well. sigh....

my hope is:
- that if diaby plays, that he will perform like what many still remember him for... in recent times, i notice that he does well against the lesser teams but generally goes missing for the big games.
- almunia will be in the same mean form that he was against barca and no more blunders.... we already busted quota (i'm referring to team quota, not personal quota cause almunia didn't play in that match) with the blunder against brum in the league cup final...
- wenger will tie rockets to denilson's boots so that he can't jog around the pitch
- by some miracle, song will be fit so that it means one of diaby, denilson or rosicky won't play. those 3 on at the same time doesn't really inspire much confidence at the moment. =)

saw the preview article about the united - arsenal FA cup tie.... i'm quite happy to know that park ji-sung and anderson will not feature against arsenal. these 2 players seem to really enjoy playing against arsenal. i would've loved it if fletcher was also not available, but 2 out of 3 midfielders is better than nothing i suppose... =) on our own front, walcott and song won't make it for the match either... am hoping that nasri and RVP will deliver. source

In any given era of the EPL (and previously first devision) life, there will be a team that is dominating while the others will just have to play catch up...
Although United has been the constant force in the current EPL era, it was a 25 year wait before United won the league title in '92. Similarly, despite dominating the 70s & 80s, Liverpool has not won the league since 1990. And by the time George Graham delivered the league title to Arsenal in '88, it had been a long 18 year wait for the fans for the league title.
For me, I see a lot of deficiencies in the current arsenal squad which can be improved, and whether or not wenger is the man to spearhead the next era of success for this club is up for discussion right now. but what i do know is that, that time of arsenal's success will arrive, and if it means waiting for 18 years, i will proudly wear the arsenal jersey until then. i mean, what's 18 years compared to chelsea waiting for 50 years or sp*rs entering their 50th year of waiting for the league title?
i know that it's really painful when fans of other clubs take the mickey out of us right now, but let's not fall into the trap of dignifying their taunts by retorting to them, or even worse, going down to their level. now let's hope that wenger will make those difficult decisions to ensure that we won't end the season empty handed. but if we do, then too bad loh... there's always next season... =)

Once again, it's the same ol storyline. Bulk of possession, tippy tappy, and absolute zilch to show for it. Seriously, we're piss poor... Something needs to change....we were against a team who hadn't gotten a point away from home in over 3 months and played the last 15 minutes with 10 men!!
Don't get me wrong, I still love arsenal and I will continue to support them, but we really need to change something because it's obviously not working.....
