U should use the time u have doing nothing to do something else. Then u earn 2 times!!

How about the salary for researcher/research engineer(actually for fresh graduate)

Depending on what you're doing and where you're working under.

Could be as low as RM 1,500 and as high as RM 4,000.

I have total near 4 years exp as dba and currently is SME.

plus my previous work exp, i have more than 5 yrs exp.

you can continue laugh but this is not overpaid.

I do survey in my field and my pay is moderate. manager get pay below than me could be small company or ruler area i assume.

Dont compare banana with apple. XD

convince me if any dba work as SME level still get paid below 4k....i can offer him better by intro him/her to my boss

if added my none related work exp, i should have 5 yrs work exp now.


Before I post, I checked kelly services salary range for year 2010/2011. So, I am a bit disappointed with some of the member here.

Benefit: Employer EPF 16%. Capped medical & dental. Pretty standard benefit I should say. Only not satisfied with AL....
Working Hours: 0845 - 1730
Increment / Bonus: I never asked them. Heard from my supervisor it's not too bad. But to be promoted you must stay loyal with the company i think at least 3 years..??

I don't know whether it's under or overpaid. Personally I'm ok with it since I've only less than a year of working experience, and the JD is kind of exciting... Lots to learn.

Previous job was fine (nice bosses n colleagues but not the company), but I don't like the nature of the job + contract based. Got some increment then cabut~ haha.

Decent working hours for newbies only btw~ I believe might need to stay back when responsibility is getting bigger n bigger... But I dont care...
