May I know am I underpaid for this? Or should I pursue a job in the aero industry? Still undecided which career path should I pursue as I would prefer to do some business in the future and I can learn from this company. But my parents would prefer me to have a career in the related industry that I have studied. Dilemma. Please comment.

huh? fresh grad but taking senior position?

take this one as example,

previously i work mixed system engineer + technical support + internal IT + outsource IT exec, with 4 years experience, but only paid 3k
it is very unfair that i have to follow the no 100% incr rule after this

seriously i wont gonna be happy if still getting anything less than 6k for my coming job

any tips for me to negotiate it thru with a more persuasive way?
