Very low pay. I've less number of working years but earn much more than you. But I'm a Java programmer instead of .NET, and in telco industries.

Considering the living expenses and the condition there, i suggest not to take the offer if it's the equivalent as mine. I've got no choice as there are certain clause in my contract that forbids me from rejecting the offer.

even the company not paying you right, doesn't mean you need to resign and thereafter start looking for job. bad planning.

if you have a very bad work environment, then its ok. otherwise, your on the losing side.

interview can be afterworking, lunch and etc, if you want a professional job

Job Title : Officer
Job Description:
-Various IT related including local development, project management, user support
Experience : 2.5 years (previously from different industry)
Years spent in company : 5 month
Tenure : Permanent
Industry : Banking/IT

Im seriously think i underpaid but the HR insist that they cannot give me higher salary as my previous salary is low and i am not from banking industry. Seems like forever my salary will always below than what my friends earn. I want to jump and quite confident I can simply jump but I really love working in this bank as I just start a relationship with my colleague, got a lot of exposure to handle projects. Damn...the only things i hate about my job is the SALARY!

Can anybody advise?

you should insist for better pay based on what you can offer to the company. likewise, they shouldn't be comparing to what you been paid previously but unfortunately, thats what been practised by MY Employer from many kuruns back.

probably, you need to visit your immediate supervisor and put your voice over their head.
