lol, thx bro, but actually, it is not the company i worked for as well, but i noe that company pretty well...
so it is not good to expose any company's paid because of sensitivity and fairness...
Or else everybody would only seeking for the same paid or higher paid, though they might not skillful enuf for the equivalent paid (^.^)

Dude, I'm a diploma holder and my starting salary from 4 years ago was the same as you. But I have yearly bonus, family medical coverage, dental, OT, 300 cash allowances and claims.

Thats surprising? Because I believe usually there is performance bonus at the very least even if there is no contractual bonus although there are a few exceptions. In my opinion, stay where you are. It isnt worth the hop.

4k x 14 = 56k
5k x 12 = 60k

Meaning ur hopping for less than 10% increment..

.. I think u all under declare ur nos here otherwise how can the lifestyle n property talk so hot here in lyn.

Bought all the latest toy n gadget some more etc etc..

Seriously there are no right or wrong nos n if u start to compare, u will die one like old chinese saying .. Yan bei Yan, bei sei Yan!

But some nos are on low side. To survive financially by the time u 30, u must make minimum 6-7k. 12k by 40. These are absolute min amount taking into consideration of expected living expenses at that age.
Otherwise almost impossible to retire unless u have some well thought fin plan for retiring ie investment on property or equity. The above r strictly general nos at the worst case, u shld aim higher.
