A question for those in the same field/area, my basic pay seem to be a bit low for 8 years experience project manager ?

the issue is that, bonus is pegged to the company performance/profit for the year. i received 2.5 months only in 2009. imo, higher basic > high bonus. it's also easier to ask for better term if move on to another company.
