Age: 26 this year Qualification: IT in degree Years spent in company : 3 yrs Company : IT Vendor Location: Malaysia Tenure: Permanent Experience before joining: Fresh grad Salary: 4.5k + Support Allowance RM250 + parking allowance rm100 Yearly bonus: 1 month Contractual bonus Other: personal dental and hospitality i feel under paid if compare to those high paid...LOL |

Job Title: Software Developer Job Scope: Full Project Management & Development, ERP Support (Level 3) Company: Retail Education: Degree Salary: RM 4.9K Allowance: RM100 Parking allowance, RM250 support allowance Benefits: Medical RM2K (Self + Family), Dental RM150, Annual leave (14 days) Contractual Bonus: Depends on company, this year only get an angpao RM1K for bonus Increment: 4-6% First company until now, wondering should i try others opportunity. Have resign last year, but counter offer and stay back. This year keep thinking again... |
