IT helpdesk can get so much salary for level 1?

Hi guys, just want to get some insight in regards to what is the average pay for fresh grads with a major in business IT.

To clarify:
I'm still undergoing my studies ( degree in Business IT ),
because I major in Business IT, programming is not really my forte so I feel more comfortable doing consultancy or analyst jobs.
I was recently called in by Ricoh for a job interview ( reminder, I'm still studying ), so I'm only gonna start working in September, with a pay of RM2.3k.

The other day another company called up but I told them I got this job already, and they asked me my salary n they told me RM2.3k is low, and that I can still change my mind n work with them as a Business Analyst.

Is this true? That RM2.3k is low for a degree graduate?

*I took the job at Ricoh because they told me that there would be a lot of space for growth (i.e., I still can learn while working, going for courses, learning more things), and besides that, this job does not require programming, and I find I can utilize my strengths in this job (communication skills, troubleshooting skills).

Could someone gimme some feedback please? Thanks in advance!

what do you guys think? i joined this company with the lowest employment level and got promoted after 8 months with Rm600 increment. is it too little?

** I still remember 5 years back, as a fresh grad, working in KL nearby KLCC area. My first job salary is RM 1500 a month for a year. So hard to survive that time. But after all the hard time and 3 times jumping ship at last i can felt a bit relief ..Thank god..

Company : Local Company Outsourced to MNC
Industry : Semiconductor
Tenure : Outsourced / Permanent in the outsourcing company.
Employment Level : Senior Executive apparently.
Experience before joining : 2 mths internship
Salary : RM3785 before tax
Benefits : Normal stuff - Basic Personal Assurance, Medical Card for Clinics, EPF, Socso, 13th mth salary (or 1 mth bonus), annual dinner, 14 days medical leave.

which is a better pay job? Factory/Semicon process engineer or M&E engineer.

Short term i heard factory engineer is paid more during start, then it become stagnant

Where else M&E pay low but gain with experience and paper of course.

I'm from semicon factory background, last pay was RM2.8K, when resign offer me RM3K++

currently in M&E only being paid 2.4K. Think I'm underpay even if I have working experience though it's not really related.

Do you think I should stay or go back factory based?

Some more not my parents hinting I should increase their allowances    money is an issue currently

For 7 years experience and you getting that pay? I guess you should start consider whether this is the right job for you.

Salary : sgd 1200 basic paid+sgd100 flight allowance, condominium accomodation, meals and 1 maid are provided
Working hour : weekdays 10.30am - 7.30pm, saturday 11-10pm,sunday 11-9pm), weekday off 1 day
Annual leave:24days
Based in Philippine
Bonus: around 8-10ksgd
Last year worked for 4 months so the bonus only with 1.5ksgd but also due to fresh here...
is it considered low paid?

p/s: my ranking is promoted 2 ranks, so the salary will be starting with sgd1600 at least for next year, because the salary adjustment only once a year,should i continue or resign?

That's why, nothing to be surprised about if working in MNCs.
Benefits in MNCs are relatively better, I know that because I'm in a MNC.
Luckily we don't pay new joiners by looking at their results. Else, I'll be few hundred poorer.
