Actually only semi D no corner/edge (gok lot tao), link house and bungalow no problem, so it's a good buy still

if talk about feng sui then the grasilis layout will be even worse. the moment you step into the house, u see kitchen / toilet first then dining room n lastly living room.
it's what Chinese called " 吃屎拉饭" (cantonese)!!!

Actually, whts wrong with stepping into a kitchen first instead of the living huh? All double frontage designs comes w this layout. Am considering something like tht actually. Pls gimme some feng shui tips as I'm quite noob in it.

Kitchen at the back is always better than kitchen at the front in FengShui. That's why Lepironia balance this out by having Grasilis backyard looking into the gardens. Having said that kitchen at the front is actually not that bad, not like it is facing T-junction or what. Still a good buy for a Semi D.

Am looking at link houses tht has 2 frontage. I actually think it's modern in layout. Hope its not a major fengshui no no.

Kitchen at the front is a design that I saw in the heritage court yard house in Lijang. If the ancient Chinese can have this design in their houses who are the fengsui masters that defies it, why not you?

Shoplot in Puchong not a bad idea.

Shoplot in Puchong is not flipable anymore. If u buy, please make sure u have holding power for at least 12 months as commercial tend to take long time to be filled as most people are afraid to start business when that area is deserted. Robbery is rampant. After 12 months, make sure that your rental can at least cover 90% of your loan repayment. Note that shop lot in Klang Valley and esp Puchong has appreciated tremendously for the past decade and most business are finding it hard to pay rental to make some money, with the exception of beauty spas etc. There is only so much rental business man can pay. Also take not that assessment, maintenance fees for commercial is rather high..,
