Hi all, I have an intermediate You Mei unit available here. Current status is still pending loan approval. Think it will be a 50/50 chance that it gets approved, which i hope it does  Would be quite disappointing if i don't get approved However, if it does not get approved(touch wood) I would be forced to give it away. PM me if anyone is interested for further details. Serious buyer only please. Thanks.

Question: If I spend more than 500k on ID, tastefully done wan lah, do u think I can sell the house at a much much higher price? Is there a demand on done up houses? I've never done this b4. Need ur tots guys
