I have an intermediate You Mei unit available here. Current status is still pending loan approval. Think it will be a 50/50 chance that it gets approved, which i hope it does Would be quite disappointing if i don't get approved

i believe it depend on the buyer, if he like ur design and willing to pay more then he will...
or for some nasty buyer would have said i dun loke ur ID and actually i have to spend more money to remove ur design... shall have buy cheaper from u to cover the disposal cost....
