Dpc to klcc..non peak like sunday abt 30mins. Weekday morning 8am is abt 50 to 60mins via segambut, jln kuching, jln sultan ismail. Forget abt ldp side in the morning it ll take u longer time to reach klcc n pay unneccesay toll..ldp toll, penchala link, jln duta, jln parliment, jln sultan ismail or jln raja chuln. Not to use ldp le it ll kill u in the morning. Strongly recommend to segambut unless as early as 7am via penchala is ok.

Distance to klcc via segambut is abt 13km. Seg easily 30 to 35km. But of course majority of time for seg journey is mex..25km at least.

I guess the main concern for people are the weekdays' travel time and distance. If only its 25mins or less to PJ...

Everything needs to be gel n timing also need to be right. Kid's school, wife's mall, family's eatery, my job's location. Nothing has been rule out. Everything look gd at the moment except the last one.

Haha, i remember they mention Durian trees are a 'no no' in Orchard Garden.

On the other hand, most important is to have great neighbourhood, maintenance & security.
Heard a lot of good feedback from Eco Park residents,
It will be awesome if SEG 's maintenance & security all follow Eco Park standard as per SP mentioned.

Moreover, u can have a mini "all around the world" feel if SP execute nicely on all those island units & concept.

S Eco Hill is ideal if you want to live in a relatively quite place. SEG is for those who prefer to live in a resort like place but still surrounded by amenities. For me, I prefer to stay in SEG for practical reasons. When I retire maybe SE Hill is preferred; can track Broga Hill. For investment purpose and to get rental maybe SEG will be slightly better. Both are equally unique in their own right.

Semenyih EcoHill? Totally different product. Cannot compare.

Why EcoHill so hot? Many people buy for the sake of buying, with a hope it will become like Setia alam.

Cyberjaya? Garden Residence.

Eco Glades? Phase 2B intermediate already sold 8899, likely left corner & end lot only.

They are not on the same level how to compare???
