I went to cb property fair last week and visited SEC, SH & Areca's booths. Quite tempted to book an island LV at SEC, but the design is a little bit turned me off. 4% discount for the compensation of the DIBS..
LiuLi 2 LV only left 4 units of corners/end lots and 1 unit immediate facing T junction...  |

SPS has barricaded one lane on each direction of Lingkaran Putrajaya to build the interchange!

I think min price of ludwigia starts from Rm1.8mil and few units leftover the same row with club house.
