QUOTE(greenstuff @ Aug 25 2013, 09:01 AM) A prop like SEG does not welcome LRT/MRT.So if ever there is a station in SEG, the sales will drop. Kekeke. I heard somewhere Cyberjaya City Centre will be the hub of all these and that also don't know how many more years down the road. |

QUOTE(puchongite @ Aug 24 2013, 04:17 PM) I hope you are right that Eco park can be compared to SEG. Compare to puchong, not expensive at all.But it might be or it might not be. I always keep in my mind this golden rule of cyberjaya: everything is one notch more expensive than other places. Sorry for my own bias. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Aug 24 2013, 01:06 PM) [attachmentid=3596669] Brother, we need Setia to plant more trees...[attachmentid=3596668] [attachmentid=3596667] [attachmentid=3596666] Confirm it's not ex-mining land bro. Been there several times when they just launched SEG and busy doing the site clearing. As you can see in photos below it was some plantation land. Else, we plant within community ourselves! |

QUOTE(xyyap @ Aug 25 2013, 11:50 PM) Puchong property in the prime area is expensive. But there are also puchong places which are less expensive. But I am not referring to property alone. I am referring to things like parking fees, food price etc etc. If there are cinemas, the tickets should be more expensive than other places. So I am not surprised if the maintenance fees also will be more expensive. |

Update from SA that told me:
1. 2nd phase link-villa completion 2016 Apr. It is a cut land, meaning land height too high and need to cut down the excess land. No mining or swampy land. 2. Segi college coming in, very near to eco glades 3. Private hospital coming in, just beside Segi college. This is 2nd branch of a hospital in Ampang. 4. Nearest shopping mall is on the way. is it D'pulze? 5. biggest shopping coming in by IOI group. Bigger than mid valley. 6. planned new transport terminal which will connect to the future Putrajaya Monorail extension (from New Straits times) 7. proposed MRT Line 3 which includes extending the line from Selayang to Putrajaya which ends at Cyberjaya/Putrajaya ERL station.(from New Straits times) 8. Green building- solar panel is generating energy and will sell back to TNB and deduct 80/monthly in the electricity bill. 9. Green building- Accumulated rain water will enable to wash car, front and backyard. (recycle purpose). 10. Monthly maintenance is about RM0.15persqft after developer pass to the community. Feel free to comment or correct it. QUOTE(Soros007 @ Aug 24 2013, 01:46 PM) If SEG phase 1 completed by 2015 Oct. The timing just sounds about right. This post has been edited by medion: Aug 26 2013, 06:05 PMAs per current construction progress, Cyberjaya will have:- a). D'pulze - shopping 2014. b). CBD Perdana 3 - shopping 2015. c). IOI resort city - 2014/15. d). Promenade @ 8 - 2014. e). SRJK C - 2015/16. f). Premium outlet at Sepang - 2015 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4g_3YpI4pnA g). Cyberjaya mosque - 2015. Site progress - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMyk9UyFJ2g h). Pangaea (Paragon - 2017?). i). Skypark - 2017. j). Once the cyberjaya mosque is in place, i am 99% sure the cyberjaya lake garden will be beautified. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e924I2qOmyQ So by 2015/6 Cyberjaya will be one of the vibrant / attractive HER areas at southern part of klang valley. p/s: Still need more MNCs to come in for high pay job opp. Still pending a good private hospital..... HSC - when to come in? |
