Still considering Huan Xi unit LV-050: Land-size 3313 sqft @ RM 1,309,800. I find this unit got extra land at the back which work out to 26 x 127 compared to normal unit 26 x 95. For an extra rm 50k, the extra land is 3313 - 2470 = 843 sqft at the back. Very worth it. But also very suspicious why nobody wanna buy this great unit? Is there some cons that I am not aware of? Anybody can advise? thanks. This post has been edited by yunalesca: Sep 3 2013, 10:13 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

If can stretch a little bit, best to buy semi-D at Rm 1.7 - Rm 1.8mil.
Just another Rm500K only but you get 41' x 95' with BU of 3200ft2+ Unit LV050 - the downside is you don't have orchard garden like phase 1 + busy traffic (2 lanes) behind your house. That's why they compensate you with extra Rm50K to get 843ft2 at the back. If you can accept more cars travel from the direct interchange via Lingkaran Putrajaya into SEG / MCT lakefront / Segi College / HSC medical etc then go for it. Of course, I think sound barrier walls will be built too (u better check and confirm). Just my 2 cents to share with you bro! Checked with SA there is no sound barrier wall but Orchard Garden, then the fencing perimeter, then the public walk-way then only the road. Should be quite distance. Hopefully sound will be dampened.Just another Rm500K only but you get 41' x 95' with BU of 3200ft2+ Unit LV050 - the downside is you don't have orchard garden like phase 1 + busy traffic (2 lanes) behind your house. No orchard garden, anyway it is inner road, not much to concern? 3. Extra RM 50k for bigger land, because this HuanXi unit does not back facing LiuLi. QUOTE(xyyap @ Sep 3 2013, 10:43 PM) Good Buy! Except: Yes, it is north-west but Huan Xi design is master bedroom is at the back. So it becomes south-east facing??? 1. North West facing 2. No orchard garden, anyway it is inner road, not much to concern? SA told me got orchard garden. Will double-check with him again. Another con is next to the security perimeter fencing. If robber jump in, this house will be first victim |
