Liu li Garden (link villa) + Lepironia Garden (semi-D) > no need balloting.
Next islands unit - Eastern / Western Heritage > Dont know????

How much is the monthly maintenace for SEG ?

Ours is link villa < RM 300 inclusive of club house usage.

Cheaper than my condo's maintenance fee :-(

A huge difference compared to SH.

I read in SH thread that their maintenance is inclusive of the landscape in your compound ( did I read it correctly ? ), I guess for SEG, the landscape within your compound is your own problem lar ?

Chinese very calculative one lah, last time I asked for boiled water @ highway R & R, Chinese store owner charged RM 0.50 but Malay owner gave it free. Dislike some Malaysian Chinese being so calculative, macam Euro. Haha.

This is why most Chinese BBB Eco Glades loh. Symphony Hills maintenance fee chased many away.

Have not decide yet. The unit in Phase 2B only left few units and those are not my preference. May be wait for island unit. Anyway, not sure why still have some unit available, market slowdown, feng shui issue or may be too expensive.

Eco Glades looks like no Bumi quota.

Cyberjaya does not have Bumi quota? Anyone can confirm?

All development need to have Bumi quota. However they cleverly put all the quota in high rise. So high rise with have lots of Bumi unit. That's why they dare to give very Cina name to Link Villa like HuanXi and YouMei. S

Regarding the maintenance, the SEG SA told me that the maintenance for the first year is cheaper but subsequently will be more expensive. Link villa from RM200+ will likely go upto RM400-RM500, semi-D will also be increased accordingly.

Meaning the first year figure is more like a subsidized figure, it is unlikely to be able to cover the actual costs of maintenance.

I think you can more or less confirm it that it is not ex-mining by looking at the google satellite map. For now, it's a patch of green. Not a botak brown colour land.

I hope the logic is correct ?
