guys for this kind of problem.people said if blow air @ vacuum at the charging port and charger almost 80% manage to retain their home button capability back. have anyone try and how is the result?

between all the telcos which one is easier to claim warranty for this problem?

havent try it before...about replacement unit, if u sent to maxis klcc u will get the replacement unit within 3 days..no need to wait for 2 weeks like digi or celcom..this is base on my experience...manage to get the replacement unit in 3 days only...quite satisfy with their service... nod.gif

Totally agree with greenlp_87, maxis klcc would be the best outlet to go as their service there is way better than others. make maxis sunway prymid the last.(very bad service) tongue.gif

i totally agree with WimpyKid, before this i accompany my friends to claim his replacement unit at maxis sunway pyramid for non responsive home button...during fair test they not justify it as failure home button n dont want to give replacement unit...it shock me a bit...1 day after that i bring him to claim the warranty at maxis klcc and the staff r so professional in checking the home button n have given my friend the replacement unit.he just need to wait for 2 days only...no wonder maxis sunway pyramid in the last place.. nod.gif

I'm having this issue, however, I bought the phone as outright purchase from maxis and using celcom now with the phone. can I still claim with maxis?
