guys for this kind of problem.people said if blow air @ vacuum at the charging port and charger almost 80% manage to retain their home button capability back. have anyone try and how is the result?

between all the telcos which one is easier to claim warranty for this problem?

they check abit here and there and if it is then ok, rma, but 2 weeks lah, and no phone given as replacement during that stint. however did the vacuum thing do works?

another one that provide on the spot replacement is maxis ttdi imho. Just try there guys

the truth is that they only look on the imei, they track their imei through their system, when being asked should i bring the service card, they said its will be BETTER if you have. not compulsory though. maxis only guys, other i dont know
