Sure boh, managed by MCT? I think they only help owners to find tenants like many developers do. They don't decide on rental mix and rental. Owners still hv all the rights.

Most of the retail shops are under rental guarantee by mct with 2+2 years agreement:)

Agree..i have one shop lot with MCT that has tenancy agreement signed along with SnP.
its a 3 + 6 years agreement.

heard from the agent that MCT is going to release the key this or next week. they will sent out letter this week.. anyone had the same news?

handover letters dated Mar 13th were issued

Keen to know if the flooring is vynil or timber laminated

I called the office. The unit is not furnished yet. When you collect key, it will be empty unit. I asked when they will finish with the furnishing. The lady cannot answer me. I think we must get an answer. If developer drags doing up the unit, it will delay renting out the unit.

Handover letter? was it in registered letter? Have you receive the last 5% progress letter on vp with water & elec? Without that, lad should still proceed

Settled the vp and lad also finalised. Inspection date at end of the month.

Lad as expected from the nett purchase price plus all interest incur from nov 2014.

Heard tons of complaints on workmanship. The build quality is poor and lots of defects. Any owners here who care to share if this is true?

How they calculate the LAD? It should be based on the price stated in the agreement, which is 8% right? Going to collect the release letter today and key by next Monday. Please share if you have any advise for me
