my observation was based on driving from lkw point to tp point along persiaran apec. not near for sure unless there is another way behind. once collect key then only can test whether can reach within 5 mins.
garden plaza also look far and drive also far sure more than 5 mins. i cannot confirm now the difference in mins between gp to lkw and tp to lkw.

The Place is definitely nearer to LKW and one could just walk across which both located on the same side. Whereas GP located in the opporsite of the road connected via a bridge. You still could walk but it takes about 15-20 mins to reach la.

Settled the vp and lad also finalised. Inspection date at end of the month.

Lad as expected from the nett purchase price plus all interest incur from nov 2014.

True, these studio in the list could only rent out about 1-1.2k. But then Garden Plaza is the basic one and lately the demand is getting better.
