is this studio or SOVO? Actually many development under SOVO also being packaged as residential units. One good example is Trefoil, Setia Alam by SP Setia...

Anyone lived or check out the units here? How are the apartment. condo's? How is the gym/ pool/ etc? I really like the duplex unit. Is it walkable to the bus/train?
Looking for a 3 month rental in The Place. 1 bedroom. From November 2015 - January 2016. Maybe longer. Needs to be fully furnish and included internet. About me: 32 years old working professional.
