is this studio or SOVO? Actually many development under SOVO also being packaged as residential units. One good example is Trefoil, Setia Alam by SP Setia...

Demand for residential unit is higher than office. Developer tend to market office as residential. Thats why unit market as sovo, sofo, socso aka shemale to mislead buyers.

Anyone lived or check out the units here? How are the apartment. condo's? How is the gym/ pool/ etc? I really like the duplex unit. Is it walkable to the bus/train?

Looking for a 3 month rental in The Place. 1 bedroom. From November 2015 - January 2016. Maybe longer.
Needs to be fully furnish and included internet.

About me: 32 years old working professional. It would be only me staying there and I will almost never be home. I will keep your place clean. I will do almost no cooking.

How's the workmanship / finished quality for The Place? It can be a benchmark for Skypark nearby by the same developer.

We bought at around RM240k and rent out for RM1600 a month.....good or not?? whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif ? My expectation very low one, to me, I am very satisfied liao!!

RM 320k for RM 1600 rental is still good. not to mention lots of incoming development planned for Cyberjaya..potential for further capital growth...
