left around 45% of duplex with 5% discount now
show unit (both studio and duplex) will only be ready by mar/apr 2011 onsite

check the existing rental (within school and outside of school) there and you guys will know
visit those 2 cova blocks near segi at kota d'sara; u will again be surprised

anyhow, investment is a risky business... u either win or lose
no right an wrong here
if u guys think it's expensive; then move on to other props that u guys prefer cheers!!!

they includes the FOC items to tell u what u get for the furnishing part
as bro ctlim78 didn't highlight what's the clause that didn't favors the purchaser, i have read through most of the important points (e.g. renovation, service charge, parking, mot, dibs). didn't see anything unusual

should be just 2-3 min walk from LKW. as it's next door only
selling point is *walking distance*

yes, rental might be cheaper acyberview area there. lot of new projects there as well
but those are MMU or expat play

for this project, it's purely LKW play
only Garden Plaza by MS is within this area. that's the only competitor around but they are not within walking distance

cannot really remember the exact pricing but it should start from rm280k onwards. not sure if still have left-over or not. better call up MCT to check
size for duplex, 472 and 526 sf

they did delay the hand-over of the first phase on OneCity
Hmm... cannot say delay but should be slower hand-over as they don't want to pass the key when the other phase is still under construction

anyhow, 3 years construction period for ThePlace
for me, good to have the unit later when cyberjaya is surely maturing now
by then, should have a lot more amenities around smile.gif

yes... progress is slow
with the jun/july 2014 dateline, i think they will not able to make it
likely to compensate like what they have done for One City project
wonder if the DIBS will be impacted or not
time to visit the MCT office one day and ask the SA

just check my S&P, seems like it's 42 months of construction from the S&P date (mine is May 2011)
so, the targeted VP date should be Nov 2014; not jun/july 2014
hopefully MCT will not compromise the quality and cin cin cai cai complete the job to meet the dateline

Handover letter? was it in registered letter? Have you receive the last 5% progress letter on vp with water & elec? Without that, lad should still proceed
