actully i bought it by day one it pre-launch. My UOB banker inform me got durian drop from sky.
I straight away drive there and book on the spot.

I believe the duplex will be the hot items as this is very unique concept at malaysia and some more in cyber whereby is click with the market desire.... nowadays people getting richer and looking for better lifestyle.....

Distance from the place to lkw just like a block of building next to each other. If it still far i dont think any other project can be nearer than this.

I strongly believe opening price once completion nothing less than 450k as the rental can Fetch up to 1.8k. 😃

I believe more people prefer duplex as all condo or studio here is soho but only this come with duplex and with those rich student here from lkw, do you think they want to stay at 3rooms compare with tasteful design of duplex??

Rental is kind of guarantee... by looking at kl condo with about similar rental all price about 500-550k. Don't you think with the confirm almost 100% occupancy rate can't fetch for this price? 👏👏

Seems like external construction Almost done. Think the painting job can donebefore end of Oct. Internal take another 1month. Means by Dec or next year Jan if able to get the cf Means can have a fantastic new year!! 😏😏 450k here we go!! 👍👍

Duplex and studio.

Time when sell studio getting better respond but when times fly, we can see people prefer lifestyle and especially students from lim kok wing.
my estimation will be rental for 1800 to 2000 for fully furnish. So base on current kl rental, 1800-2000 per month the price about 550k with size about 1000 sqf.
So go for conservation I expected owner can hit for 450k. 😁😁
