One of the highrise that stands out in Cyberjaya due to no highrise surrounding it. But right smack along Persiaran APEC so I'd expect some noise during peak traveling hours.

By the way, according to my wife that when we sell the unit (commercial title), due to under individual title and it won't incurred the gst. Is this Correct?
Means at least the buyer no meed to come out with extra money beside the snp or stamp duty and etc... |
