I hope the developer delivers the promise....and not giving timber look-alike vynil flooring

Anyone knows the retails that are coming in? Hope that Old Town / Papparich / Starbucks will be coming in. It's make the place looks really good although it is a student area.

Old Town / Papparich / Starbucks are already in Cyberjaya, just 2 kms away I think. Will they open another branch so close to each other?

Place with students, definitely will come with food and drinks and saloon and grocery and etc.....
Let's see what retails they open. 😍

I received a letter from MCT quoting that DIBS will be ended by mid Nov, we have to bear the interest ourselves after the date. Anyone else getting the same letter?

Huh? There's a duration for DIBS, not during entire construction period?

Check with sa that it going to delay and estimate 2-3months from now. They will inform again on after dibs ended, what will be the step we need to do. BTW, my snp date is jul'11. So dibs will ended by end of Dec. (Correct me if I'm wrong).
So once sa contact me again by this week I will kept posting. Hopefully everything can settle before the gst start. 😓

For Skypark which is also by MCT, dibs is applied throughout the entire construction period. Is it not the case for The Place which is also by MCT?

For Skypark, it's vynil wood flooring, not stated as laminated. Anyway, I hope the difference won't be too huge.

42 months from the snp for dibs. Any period longer than that we need to bear.

If MCT supplies vynil timber look alike flooring and not timber laminated for The Place, this cld be a legal breach and subject to legal suit by buyers

Hmmm...I have not received any such letter from MCT.

My 42 months ends in Feb 2015.. Probably until then I will receive the letter..lol

I also received the letter and will have to pay interest starting Dec 2014. DIBS is 42 months. Sales admin quoted current progress is at 90% and completion will be early next year. It was supposed to be handed over by 24 Nov 2014. I have yet to check the SPA.

All owner please check as I received the letter which refer to the dibs. It will count as whether the 42 months end or developer stop paying by nov'14 whichever is nearer. I start my interest pay by dec'14 and first installment By jan'15.
