I think they are not rushing to complete.
How is the LAD compensation for One-City? Is it fully paid with no stupid excuse?
I foresee the same slow progress for nearby SkyPark Cyberjaya.

If u compare Skypark Cyber, this one is considered fast already...

I think there are more cases of traffic accidents in Cyber than normal street crimes. Just what I know/hear, no statistics to prove.

For Skypark, it's vynil wood flooring, not stated as laminated. Anyway, I hope the difference won't be too huge.

How's the workmanship / finished quality for The Place? It can be a benchmark for Skypark nearby by the same developer.
