Time when sell studio getting better respond but when times fly, we can see people prefer lifestyle and especially students from lim kok wing.
my estimation will be rental for 1800 to 2000 for fully furnish. So base on current kl rental, 1800-2000 per month the price about 550k with size about 1000 sqf. So go for conservation I expected owner can hit for 450k. 😁😁 Just my two cents. |
