i like this place location...betul2 seblah lim kok wing...good and safe for rental play la...but i think rental going to be positive cashflow if u go in with 20-30% downpayment...need good holding power as well la....but maybe just maybe some rich parent of their son and daughter who study in lkw might interested to buy for their offspring as accomodation...its rare but it happens...+1 there

why so rush selling? this place is the most strategic n beside LKW...limited unit as well...i dont think Garden PLaza can challenge this place as he nearest accomodation to LKW...

Student hostel town... But access more nearer to lkw... Density oso lower....sure strong rental one...this unit got potential

Those lkw papa mama some of the rich one confirm want to buy for their lovely son/daughter staying place....
When i was in mmu oso same experience...some of my friend rich fama will biught cyberia/d'melur villa for their aon to stay n study in mmu... |
