i like this place location...betul2 seblah lim kok wing...good and safe for rental play la...but i think rental going to be positive cashflow if u go in with 20-30% downpayment...need good holding power as well la....but maybe just maybe some rich parent of their son and daughter who study in lkw might interested to buy for their offspring as accomodation...its rare but it happens...+1 there

why so rush selling? this place is the most strategic n beside LKW...limited unit as well...i dont think Garden PLaza can challenge this place as he nearest accomodation to LKW...

Student hostel town... But access more nearer to lkw... Density oso lower....sure strong rental one...this unit got potential biggrin.gif

Those lkw papa mama some of the rich one confirm want to buy for their lovely son/daughter staying place....

When i was in mmu oso same experience...some of my friend rich fama will biught cyberia/d'melur villa for their aon to stay n study in mmu...

Scared what? Its the nearest to lkw. Units also only have 2 tower not so high density like garden plaza...automatic choice for lkw student...both duplex or studio style have their own market...can survive one lah....

Make sure sign agreement rental accompany by the student parent as joint or guarantor... Then no headache lor biggrin.gif

Checkout with lkw uni admin office as well i think confirm they look for some as student hostelallocation.

Possibly lah...it hits all the right spot...nearest to lkw by walking distance...no of unit eventhough have 2 towers but kinda limited....sure got some rich fama or evem infestor willing buy subsale...can tarik harga a bit lor...u know lar some of lkw student papa mama rich politican, buinessmen...

But dont be so optimistic price can shoot thru the sky in such short time....but confirm can make acceptable quick gain...

How much? Quite potential...no nearby walking distance competitor...

The student residents can shop/dine thr and their frens and lkw oso can walk to shop/dine thr
