i don't think sensor kong. sometimes when i engage R can hear the beep one. but that's like 1 out of 50 times lol. probably wire came loose?

anyway wanna ask for manual transmission, there's no way to check the gear oil whether it's time to change or not right? cos i can't rmb when i last changed mine -.-

last nite suddenly my window gila again.. cannot wind-up.. so today go check end up changing window main switch, passenger side power window motor and switch.. the guy also diagnose that my window relay is faulty so that its make all the switch faulty.. anyone can confirm this?

u try check the socket for the sensor loose or not first...

sound from waja.. i gave up liao tryin to diagnose them..

mechanic normally use the doctor scope thing to listen for bearing damage...

Hi guys i manage to get myself a waja 05.
Found out few problems with the car:
1. central power window switch faulty
2. passenger door unable to open from outside
3. Fog light not working

how much all these cost?

1. around 100-120 with LED indicator
2. hav to open to see what the problem.. maybe assembly problem or worn out parts
3. have to check wiring or maybe fuse.. need to see good wiring pomen~

if the relay is at fault, it may affect the switches / motor due to current too strong thus caused a board circuit.
in some case, a burnt fuse or faulty main switch may be the root of problem but most workshop will happily tell you it was the relay

define the strange sound; squeaking? high pitch? or legendary ghost sound? could be mounting? front wheel bearing? loose cooler mounting?
that chi chi chi' sound could be caused by loose boot area, especially the 2 speaker at the rear area(padding with 10mm superflon may help), or even loose screw / nut somewhere. in some case, loose fuel tank bracket or
worn out rear arms. ask someone to sit behind to identify which part does the sound comes from.

you should go back to dealer to get them replaced. they should provide at least 2 weeks or 1 month warranty.

1. central power window switch faulty - 90 to 160 depending on which type.
2. passenger door unable to open from outside - broken door handle. the door handle with matching color cost around 25 bucks but labour will cost you around 40 or so.
3. Fog light not working - fuse problem? 50 cent each. if it was the bulb, branded bulb cost almost 80 bucks.

I bought directly from owner so the previous owner must provide 2weeks or 1month warranty?

hmm.. yup.. this is the 3rd main switch i've change.. and i suspect the reason my original power window faulty is the problem of the main switch.. coz each time the switch go crazy the switch is jammed either non stop wind-up or non stop down causing the motor to work even at the limits and lastly damaging the motor..
1st time main switch window cannot go down..

2nd time the window cannot go up and after diagnose the guy said the the motor almost kong due to direct current to the switch moving the motor non stop to wind-down the window..

3rd time also the same problem..

the passenger side yesterday he said the switch is faulty causing the motor to work non stop wind-up the window.. so since i never un-plug the switch cable so the motor have been working ever since and lastly kong.. so have to change switch + motor..

so does this confirms the relay faulty? and which relay need to change.. since yesterday gone to an electrical shop.. stating the problem.. he said no relay for window la this car.. so? which relay really?

the power window main switch on driver cost rm200 at any proton service outlet.. better get those to ensure its original.. other places can get con saying they are ori but infact they are imitations.. and there are a lot of them out there.. i even found 1 for rm50 only at accessory shop.. i would suggest that u get your power window problems diagnose at proton service outlet cos if they fix it and it fails within a week u can go back and they will fix FOC cos they didnt do it right the 1st time..

guys isit posibble to change the HID bulb nia??wanted to change to 4.3k as now my color not exactly look like 4.3k , it is more to pure white not white yellowish...

plus my front absorber giving me sound when goin tru bump....the sound is like not enough oil liddat in the absorber....may i know wads wrong??as i know mine is apm gas absorber....

is like sss ss sound? i think thats normal for gas absorbers..
