Eric : Already out of stock, sorry
Added on February 4, 2011, 7:59 pmguys guys, Im gonna be upgrading my alarm with a budget of RM500.00. Whats ur opinion? Well, all i need is a normal alarm, no gsm or whatsoever. A Carvox CX-999, or Tenon CX1000? I was quoted : Carvox @ EA : RM2xx, installation RM80-160 Carvox @ COD ampang : RM230, installation RM100 Tenon 2way @ Max Audio : RM380.00, no install What you think between carvox n tenon? The accessory shop outside my house back in Kuantan quoted me RM480 with installation for Tenon which i should've gone for and not think so much. Second choice is to install a carvox at EA and buy it from them as well so that I can go back to them without any hesitations iff there are wiring problems. Not nice to go to them for troubleshooting if I buy my own alarm and bring there. So the main question is, Carvox or Tenon? Same features, but is it worth saving the hundred bux and get the carvox instead of tenon? By all means I can get the Tenon from Max Audio and install it at EA, since the accessory shop outside my place wont be open till chor10. Is it worth getting a Carvox and saving a hundred bux compared to getting a Tenon? I dont know why Im not looking at the Steelmate Added on February 4, 2011, 8:45 pmgot a cheap one : http://www.lelong.com.my/tenon-alarm-65016...1-07-Sale-P.htm This post has been edited by ThunderGod_Cid: Feb 4 2011, 08:45 PM |

QUOTE(yngwie @ Feb 4 2011, 09:34 PM) bullseye s256 with dsm wastegate Carvox is also a 2-way right?ThunderGod_Cid@ i'd rather had 'em install at ea. carvox is fine but tenon is 2way. Other than quality (comparing steelmate and tenon), what other features differ? Added on February 5, 2011, 7:54 pmany of these can set a preset auto start every morning? Steelmate 898G, Tenon CX1000, Carvox cx999 Added on February 5, 2011, 7:58 pmkmpoon : got it This post has been edited by ThunderGod_Cid: Feb 5 2011, 07:58 PM |

bloodlust : use ron 95 as the price of 97 is now ridiculous.
Like we said earlier, Reflash, and not SAFC. |

huhu, better than me kena poison kaw kwa yesterday. Btw, I'm very well happy Steve. Since got a good comp set, next thing may be amp, and maybe...c ar pc?
My mind is farked a lil bit. People change turbo for bigger gains first and go smaller, I change the smaller things first and go for bigger turbo last. It's some sorta 'save the best for the last' Added on February 9, 2011, 4:10 pmHowiechoo did a real nice job in re-wiring the whole Alarm system. The front hood and rear hood switch wasn't working and he patiently troubleshooted the entire car and 'rebuilt' the whole alarm system. Total time took to install the steelmate was close to 3.5hours and he only charged extra RM20.00. That was why I didnt mind going for the comp sets =). Open heart lol. He even removed the electronic crossover and retuned the whole system to my liking of Celine dionnnnnn Added on February 9, 2011, 4:10 pmNice guy i must say Added on February 9, 2011, 4:12 pmoh nooooo........ http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1747416 This post has been edited by ThunderGod_Cid: Feb 9 2011, 04:12 PM |

when they ask : why wanna change?
I'd say : just change the f***ing bushes. lol Jerry : your old bushes are hard, PU bushes are harder than new rubber bushes, but its got a possibility it's softer than the hardened rubber bushes. Ask yngwie for feedbacks |
