QUOTE(Everdying @ Feb 2 2011, 06:02 PM) i notice earlier u talked about why should u drop from iso3200 to iso100/200 at the expense of shutter speed... higher ISO will make you loss the detail of the picture? but from your exif, you could also have opened up your aperture to 5.6 instead of 8 while maintaining same shutter...and also be able to shoot at iso1600...or even double your shutter speed if u prefer. maybe iso3200 may look like no noise, but sometimes its not the noise, but the loss of detail at higher iso. I compare it side by side in my computer however i couldn't notice any difference. QUOTE(eddy230379 @ Feb 2 2011, 06:10 PM) looks like the D3100 ISO performance is better than my D90 ... maybe its time for me to upgrade ... hehehe ... Go for 7000 bro or D300s replacement. if your lens collection enough can go to d700/d800 also QUOTE(-kytz- @ Feb 2 2011, 06:25 PM) @aldosoesilo RAW.1) RAW or JPEG? 2) Noise Reduction during Post Processing? 3) Picture too small, post a bigger version 4) Post a 100% crop if you dare No post processing. later I will post 100% crop I couldn't do it for now as I almost exceeding my bandwidth limitation. QUOTE(aldosoesilo @ Feb 2 2011, 06:34 PM) higher ISO will make you loss the detail of the picture? looking forward to D300s replacement ... no plan to upgrade to full frame cos the lens prices will definitely kill me ... i only have DX lenses ... Nikkor 16-85 & Tokina 11-16 ... the only full frame lens i got is the Sigma 50mm f/1.4 that just went haywire recently ...I compare it side by side in my computer however i couldn't notice any difference. oh well, my hands got itchy so i went and modded my DK-21M.
after removing the top DK-16 rubber ring, left with the actual DK-21M. here it is combined with the D7000 ori eyepiece. now i have the minor magnification, better comfort, and more distance between nose and LCD This post has been edited by Everdying: Feb 2 2011, 11:27 PM |
