why u want to transfer ur current 0% installment from old card to mbk2 then get charged 8.88% p.a?
if u leave the installment with old card, no interest at all.
and old card also may charge u with penalty fee for early termination of installment?

Nope, no penalty for Maybank 0%, just need to write a letter to them.

For SCB, penalty RM100 for early settlement!

if ur 1 lump sum balance of the installment + 8.88%/year <rm50 then good.
if >rm50 then better stay with old card

Earlier you said 8.88% interest charged if transfer remaining 0% Easy-Payment Installment balance.
Unless we fully settle the payment in the old card without any early-exit payment.

quick question, is there any monetary penalty/fee for replacing damaged/lost/stolen AMEX cards (both charge and credit)

RM50 per card... stolen gets a waiver with a police report.

You can request for full waiver and Amex is willing to consider your request.

Maybank card centre is very efficient! I fax in Maybankard 2 application yesterday afternoon. After 15 minutes somebody call me to verified my application. He said I will get the cards in 2 weeks time. Btw, I am new MBB credit card applicant.

Oh ya sorry what i meant was, the 0% balance become one lump sump to the outstanding, and total outstanding balance will follow the new interest rate.

Penalty is like SCB, if early exit payment. You 0% total balance will become one lump sump to the oustanding, plus another RM100 charge.

no harm calling. You can try 1 800 88 9559 Tol Free, which is for AMEX card. Use land line or DiGi (i got sms from DiGi than 1 800 now free but 1 300 no).

I can see my Maybankard 2 Visa/Amex in M2U now... seems they process the card pretty fast (applied last week).

It's a bit confusing... is the 5% cashback up to RM50 shared with all the cards (principal + supplementary) or is a feature of the principal only?

ya lah, I also confuse wheather Supp entitled to the 5% cash back or not. Since I kiasu, also got my wife to apply for her own Maybankard 2 Cards.

Hi all, just wanna ask, I currently have a MBB cc, and if I apply for the 2 card, will the credit limit be shared or can have a seperate credit limit for the cards?
