Now, I can see the points earned after 12-03-2011. (1030TP) The CS said the previous one will be calculated manually (8895TP) and can be seen in the coming statement. I am curious whether this incident will affect my Amex 15% Cash Back for my February usage of RM1000 at the selected mall dated 05-02-2011.

Has anyone ever redeemed your shopping voucher at those on-the-spot outlets using your Maybank credit card ? How is it done ? Do we need a PIN or something ?

They will ask you to fill a redemption form.
Then ask for your card and use a reading machine like the card machine to check/adjust the TP.

My M2card approved on 7th Feb, but until now, still didn't get the card, CS said the card at Pavillion Maybank, but pavillion maybank inform that the card no with them.

This card was approved from FB 'Im interested', i do not about this, until this monday, i call to apply m2card via phone, only know that, this card have been approved without inform me.

Finally, I received another RM33 for the 15% cash back for December. And this time around, Amex sent me an official letter with apologies and explanations. If it was not ordered by BNM, I do not think Amex would entertain my complaint.
By the way, I am still awaiting the 15% cash back for January.

mine on 2nd and my wife's on 13th. Already complaint twice and the complain is in the system. Hope I get the cash back before the next coming statement.

It seems that AMEX 10X points facing some problem. I was dinning at one of the 10X points restaurant last few days, and the transaction has being posted to M2U, but only I got it 2X points. Called to CS, they said they will check for me....
This is not the 1st time the 10X points being credited at 2X points..
