Once you subscribe to e-Statement, the Maybankard2 statement also e-Statement....

so in order to have hardcopy statement for M2card, we need to have to cancel Amex gold cc 1st, then request CS the hardcopy for M2card?

As of today, I have not received the 15% cash back for January yet.

As for the dispute on the 15% cash back for December, Amex has replied via email that the cash back that Amex owes me will be credited into my account before the next statement date.

For reference purposes, I received my full RM150.00 cashback for January 2011 on 2/3/2011. December 2010 cashback received on 8/2/2011.

My February 2011 spending at the participating shopping malls was however split between my AMEX Gold CC (now in cold storage) and Maybankard 2 Amex (registered via SMS immediately upon receipt) - not sure how they will credit it. Thank God I have not had issues so far.

but as what wshoh mentioned, looks like you and me not getting our January cash back anytime soon.

I did call CS to today and asked about my January cash back and he said to wait for my statement end of the month.

It's the cash back for December, not January. Anyway, I am still waiting for the 15% cash back for January.

Hmmm i just wrote to the amex and also fax to them... this is too much for my end... will cancel it once i get the rebate!!!

im also still waiting for my jan 15% cashback. made a big spendiing on 6th january, still no sign of it.

I will definitely cancel my Amex Gold cc once I receive the 15% cash back for February.

The previous 10x points promotion also gave me a lot of problems. I had to chase Amex CS officers and kept sending emails to them then only the 10x points were fully credited into my account. It took 6 months for me to fight for my rights and get the 10x points in full.

Gosh. Looks like a lot of problems created with the 10x promotions n 15% discount. I wonder the 5% rebates for MB2 CC would create such a hassle. Anyone care 2 share on the 5% rebates on weekends?

The 5% weekend rebate is credited every month end... without fail and perfect calculation. Definitely worth it !!!

called to ask CS, m2card can hardcopy statement while amex gold cc e-statement

I used my Maybankard 2 Amex since 29-01-2010 (Purposely on Sat and Sun). Until now no cash back in yet and even TP also none.
I called MBB more than 10 times since 18-02-2011 which is my billing date.
Everytime I called, they said that they are going to log a report for me.
The last time I called, they asked me to wait for the next statement.

You should receive the 5% weekend rebate on 31 Jan 2011 and 28 Feb 2011
