Called MBB CS this morning to enquire about the 15% rebate for Feb and was told that we should know by early April. BTW he also told me the Feb promo ended on 20thFeb when the RM1 million rebate was fully distributed.

till now also january cash back havent get, for february should take another month or so i guess.

Tried to pay thru motortakaful.com (option 2) but terminated when this was displayed:

donpapachino at what stage did u see option to select AMEX?

I tried until the payment stage (3) and the credit card types are still Visa & Master, no AMex. So I abort the transaction.

Looks like I have to try option 1: the Etiqa Oneline (by phone) on a Saturday Morning

just proceed, ignore the Visa & Master. then u will arrive at the page asking u to fill all ur CC details; CC number, name, expiry date, VISA/MC/AMEX, CCV number etc. this step i tried twice, both unsuccessful, that's when i resort to calling etiqa online.

Passby TMpoint at Plaza Angsana JB few weeks ago and found out from them that I can pay TM bills using Amex. This afternoon went there to pay the bills using MBB2Amex but terminal would not accept it so have to use OCBC TI instead. According to the staffs they have previous accepted AMEX card. What a letdown.

Sorry to say that Amex Standard drop after take over from MBB, i remember when i called them to check something on my account after i left my house in subang to KL and i was listening to the hold music ( this was in the morning ). To my horror i was still listening to the damn hold music after i reach KL more than 15mins on hold leh... where the hell is the staff.

after i manage to get hold of the CS, i shoot them left, right and centre until no tomorrow.. i so "geram". To make me more angry the poor guy who answer my calls seems new... keep puting me on HOLD... zzzzz...

I still no receive December, January CASHBACK!!!!

same case here, havent got any of my nov/dec/jan cashback, i have already mailed amex, now they said waiting for management's approval to give out the cashback, its been quite long time though, more than a month since my first mail

Me as well, wrote to BNM and now waiting answer.

last I spoke to CS, she said RM1M distributed. She will try to get management to give me MR points instead

i dont mind points as long as the amount is equivalent (200MR=RM1) to my cashback amount

they certainly screwed up January...

that's for sure. Was hoping that the cash back be credited in January Statement to offset the GST due on my cards this month. Now got to go redeem again MR points.

As for redemption of MR points for cash, this time around AMEX really took more than 3 weeks for the cash back to be shown in my account even though it took them less then a week from the date of my request for them to deduct the points. I was imposed penalty of RM50 for late payment Of course this penalty will be waived but wasting my time following up.

i also havent got my jan cashback. will wait until april statement, as advised by CS. if by then, still havent get will screw them.

wif m2 amex having strong demand, not sure if end of the year still got another round of 15% cashback promotion. if got, by 1st or 2nd day of the month, finish already 1mil.
