the treatspoints under card summary is correct.
When you click "reward points" menu at the left side, it shows zero points.

if it's preapproved, then you don't need to pay for it if you reject it

MOST (if not all) TMpoint does not accept Amex.
If you are from JB, you may go to TM Point Plaza Angsana to pay your TM bills.

You can contact them for the application status.

The answer should be yes for 1 (tho I tried to do that but ended up spending more than 1k on weekends so cannot give full confirmation)

For the 2nd q, if you are sure u get less than 5x points do report to CS.

I wanna ask for American Express Platinum Credit Card. It says 1st year annual fee waiver. So after that its RM800.

Can we request MBB to waive the annual fee? and do they usually waive it?

I'm hoping to get this card for the perks of going into Plaza Premium Lounges at KLIA and LCCT

You need to be a real big spender.

They have removed my Ikhwan AMEX from M2U. All transfers are completed.

But on that day during the conversation with CS, I also requested them to remove my old Visa from M2U. That card has been cancelled for more than 2 years for god sake!

Link your AMEX to PayPal. Pay your Maxis bill using PalPal on weekends.

Save you the time and money (on petrol, parking, etc) going to KLCC.

MBB will waive the RM800 AF for AMEX Platinum if you are able to spend 3-4K per month. It's not really worth getting it as the rewards are not as attractive as M2Cards

Finally their team has fixed the problem since I asked that question in Maybankard's FB page.
