Couldn't agree with you more Sheikhms, and really, to people (so called "investors") who do not have deep enough pockets, please do not "invest" in property, you are divesting yourself in the long run, and creating trouble to other people thanks.

i know right, well RTFM69, i hope you've screened your tenant wisely, like what the caterpillar said, most people do not like the idea of racism but for the case of MBTL and how most tenants are behaving atm factually, I hope your PH tenant is somewhat alright and not a nuisance to the local community living in MBTL.

just tell your agent no africans? Very hard? Obviously its hard to do that black and white but its important to know whats bad for the community, with this kind of informal ban it'll work too, if the owners themselves are people with standards
