Reason:

Warisan2 is meant for replacement for Phase1 houses.

but then does it means all the Warisan2 units are replacement?
at least I&P taking some responsiblity to replace but wonder what is the clause between I&P and the owners.

Maybe owner top up some, and get a bigger hse.

i guess they will clear it out and plan for future developement.
only matter is they must be serious on the foundation plan.

Those old houses will get demolish and rebuilt. That's the plan. Also the land is going to stabilize soon, So expect some new developments coming up from that piece of land, 2 rows only thou.

Today manage to drive thru Jln Pendamaran alone the bayuemas site again, manage to catch this WCT sign board (no clear because my phone camera has a low megapixus). Confirm that the land beside Sazuan belongs to WCT.

The bayuemas Jln Langat entrace' road condition has patched up and the condition is much better than before . As for the other entrance road via Sazuan, some "touch up" is still required. Hope the I&P do not wait for WCT or Sazuen to do it for them. It does not cost them a bom to do it.
