hi, wonder why there is no discussion about this kota bayuemas in klang by i&p, anyone interested?

so far not many phases built. the warisan will be ready only on next yr march

how much is the corner/end lot? i think bayuemas is a lot cheaper compare to bukit tinggi 3

yesterday i went to their sales office, the SA said there are no more unit available...
in addition, the SA is only a normal looking malay guy... not young, not goodlooking, haha

i am not owner but interested. missed the new launch as i was away during the long weekend. when i was back and realize the launch, it's sold out

i'm now staying at klang jaya. parkland a lot more expensive than bayuemas but the location is further down to banting compare to bayuemas, so i wont consider it.
puteri din consider for now as i heard a lot of bad news due to it's close proximity to sentosa.
bestari, is it the next to parkland by ksl? they start the project already? i might be interested if the selling price is a lot cheaper than parkland and bayuemas considering the location and it's the first project of ksl in klang valley. pls update me or pm me the news for this bestari if u have. thanks

just found out parkland aka bukit tinggi 3 launch it's semi d (fernia) at 900k++. then kota bayuemas still consider a cheaper choice

location: kota bayumeas slightly better than parkland
developer: both are reputable developer
land: parkland almost finish it's land, kota bayuemas just starting
population: parkland mostly chinese, kota bayuemas so far i guess equal
amenities: parkland better (got chinese school as it's biggest advantage)

what else?

why parkland is not famous among malay??? is it due to it's price?

i think u should compare Freesia Parkland 22x75 which was sold for 373k with Warisan Bayuemas 22x70 which was sold for 305k.

don't worry, i think i&p doing things very fast. i got fren bought warisan which expected to hand keys on march 2012 but now they already finish 75% and just waiting for CP

do u mean that they are goin to launch dzaman2 and warisan 2 together at september? rm430k is for which one?

warisan 2 size same with warisan 1? why they called it 1 and 2 but not different name?

so that means the spec will be totallly same btw 1 and 2? wao, there's a big difference in pricing but i like warisan
